As an Optimetriks admin, you can assign web users to the role "Optimetriks Operations" and assign them, clients.

Customize profile

In the client settings, It is possible to change the name of the profile and to create a new profile, and define what the web user can do.

Access to all resources

In the profile definition, there is a toggle button to “give access to all resources”.

This conditions the access to:

  • list items

  • teams

  • users

  • dashboards

If this is activated, the user can manage all the resources of the client, regardless of the teams they belong to.

If this is not activated, the user can only manage the resources assigned to the team he belongs to.

Only web users with the option activated will be able to see the “orphan” items and users, i.e. all the ones that have not been assigned to any owner

Roles are created in the client setup. They determine the dashboards the web user can see.

When you create a dashboard, you can specify the role that should have access to it.

Assign a dashboard to a mobile user role.

This is done through the web application, under the dashboards section.
